1. Subject matter and nature of the service

These terms govern the services offered by Antoine Danielo : supportive hypnosis sessions conducted by video conference, and access to the MOTUS application (an AI-powered guided hypnosis conversational agent).

The hypnosis practised here is supportive hypnosis, a well-being practice. It does not constitute a medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic act in the legal sense and does not replace specialist care. No specific result can be guaranteed.

3. Prices

  • Hypnotherapy session by video call (1 hour): 70 € per session.
  • MOTUS space: free to create, by email.
  • “Overcome the fear of others’ judgment” programme: €90 incl. tax.
  • “Quitting smoking” programme: €350 incl. tax.
  • 5-minute trial: €1 incl. tax, deducted from the price of a programme bought within the following 7 days.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code.

4. Payment

Once the time has been agreed by email, I send you a secure payment link. Payment is made by card, before the session.

The appointment is only definitively confirmed once payment has been received. Your card details are handled by the payment provider; they never pass through this website and are never stored by Antoine Danielo.

MOTUS programmes and trial: they are paid from your space, by bank card, through the payment provider Stripe. An invoice is issued for each purchase and stays available under “My invoices”.

5. Booking and confirmation

Appointment requests are made through the form on the contact page, suggesting three possible times. I reply as soon as I can to settle on one of them, then send you the payment link. The final confirmation, with the video call link, is sent by email after payment.

Sessions are held in French, English, Spanish or Romanian — your choice, to be indicated in the request.

MOTUS: create your free space from the MOTUS page (by email, with a sign-in link), then add a programme from your space. The first session is available right after purchase; the next ones follow at your own pace, with no wait between two conversations. Each session lasts 25 minutes on average.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

  • 24 hours or more before the session: you can cancel from the link in your confirmation email and receive a full refund to the original payment method (usual banking delay: 5 to 10 working days). You can also reschedule to any available slot, free of charge.
  • Less than 24 hours before: rescheduling remains possible subject to my availability, but the session is not refunded.
  • No-show on the day without notice: the session is due in full, with no reschedule and no refund.
  • Cancellation on my side: reschedule to a slot of your choice or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

MOTUS programmes and trial (digital content): the legal withdrawal period is 14 days. As the first session is available as soon as you pay, you expressly request immediate access to the content and waive your right of withdrawal (Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code) by ticking the box provided for this purpose. This waiver is recorded with your purchase.

7. MOTUS application and artificial intelligence services

MOTUS is an artificial intelligence conversational agent. You are interacting with an AI system, not a human being (Article 50 of EU Regulation 2024/1689, the AI Act).

MOTUS relies on third-party services : Anthropic Claude models for guided session orchestration, ElevenLabs for voice synthesis. The support offered is educational and well-being in nature ; it constitutes neither a medical act nor therapeutic advice.

8. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is described in the privacy policy. Exchanges during sessions are covered by professional secrecy.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

The MOTUS digital service benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). In the event of a non-conformity (prolonged unavailability, substantial malfunction), you may demand that it be brought into conformity or a refund of the session concerned.

10. Minors

All services are strictly reserved for persons of legal age (18 years or over). When creating your MOTUS account or confirming a session, you expressly declare that you are of legal age. Any false declaration will result in immediate termination of the account or session, without refund.

11. Mediation and amicable dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge (Article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code) : [TO BE COMPLETED — registration with an approved mediator (CM2C, MEDICYS or AME) in progress].

You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform : ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (EU Regulation no. 524/2013).

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law, including for users accessing the site from abroad. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are determined in accordance with the French Code of Civil Procedure and, where applicable, the consumer protection provisions (Article R.631-3 of the French Consumer Code).
